QR wedding signs for your wedding photos

A personalized QR wedding sign connects your wedding decor to the digital content of your choice. The QR code can, for example, lead to a photo gallery, an upload page, a cloud folder, or another online page you have prepared for your wedding.

Your guests scan the QR code with their smartphones and are taken to the linked page. Which features are available there afterward - such as uploading, viewing, or saving photos and videos - depends on the provider used and its settings.

Our QR wedding signs are personalized to suit your celebration and, depending on the design, can feature names, the wedding date, and other design elements.

Make wedding photos centrally accessible with a QR code

Photos and videos are taken on many different smartphones at a wedding. A QR code can give your guests shared access to the online gallery or upload page you have selected.

Instead of sharing different links individually during the celebration, the access details can be placed prominently on a personalized wedding sign. This allows the digital solution to be elegantly integrated into your table decorations or reception area.

Buy QR wedding signs - from table signs to large welcome signs

Depending on the size and intended use, you can choose from different QR solutions. Small signs are ideal for wedding tables, the bar, or other areas of your venue, for example.

A large QR wedding sign, on the other hand, can be placed centrally at the entrance or used together with a welcome sign. This gives your guests easy-to-see access to the desired link as soon as they arrive.

Rent QR wedding signs

If you only need several QR signs for your wedding day, a rental set can be a practical alternative to buying them.

At GraviCraft, you can find personalized rental sets with several signs for different areas of your venue. This allows the same QR access point, for example, to be displayed at multiple tables or stations.

Which set size makes sense for your celebration depends on the size of the venue, the number of guests, and the desired placement of the signs.

Which online gallery can be used with the QR code?

The QR code is created using the link you provide. This means you remain flexible in your choice of digital solution.

Depending on the provider, the link could lead to a wedding gallery, a shared cloud folder, or a specially set up upload page, for example. The important thing is that the service you use provides a shareable link that is suitable for your guests.

Upload features, required logins, app usage, storage space, and availability are determined by the respective provider and are not part of the QR sign itself.

Personalized QR signs to match your wedding concept

In addition to their digital function, a QR wedding sign should also match the look of your celebration. That’s why our signs are individually designed with your details and coordinated with the respective product design.

Whether you’re looking for a small table sign, premium wooden sign, large wedding sign, or rental set - you can choose the right solution for your venue and wedding concept.
