We deliver within Germany, the European Union, and to the USA with DHL and Hermes.
Shipping costs
Standard products Germany
- Flat rate of €4.90 per order
- Free shipping for orders of €29 or more
European Union (EU)
- Flat rate of €9.00 per order
- Free shipping for orders of €49 or more
USA
- Flat rate of $29.90 per order
- Free shipping for orders of $49 or more
Notice regarding large-format products
Large-format products such as personalized wedding signs are charged separately due to their size and secure packaging.
The applicable shipping costs are displayed directly with the product.
Delivery time
The processing and production time is generally 1–3 business days, depending on the individual personalization of the product.
Estimated delivery times
- Germany: approximately 1–3 additional business days
- EU: approximately 3–8 additional business days (depending on the destination country)
- USA: approximately 7–14 additional business days
Please note:
For personalized products, the delivery time may be slightly longer, as each item is individually made for you.
Shipping information
After dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
Delivery to Packstations is possible.

Customs and import fees
For international orders, particularly deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These fees are determined by the respective destination country and are payable by the buyer.
