The welcome sign, seating plan, QR gallery, candy bar, and matching easels are visually coordinated and designed with your personal details. This creates a cohesive overall look for different areas of your wedding venue.

Depending on the scope, you can choose from three sets.

Personal consultation before production

After ordering, we will coordinate the personalization and design with you.

For sets including a seating plan, the final guest list can be submitted up to 14 days before the wedding.

Personalization

For the design, we need the following depending on the selected set:

• names of the wedding couple

• wedding date

• desired texts

• gallery or QR link

• for Complete: guest list and table arrangement

The final guest list for the seating chart can be submitted within the specified period.

Design preview and approval

Before production begins, you will receive a digital preview of the personalized design.

One round of revisions is included in the set.

Production begins after your final approval. Changes to signs that have already been produced can no longer be taken into account afterward.

Individual combinations

If none of the three sets is exactly right for your wedding, an individual combination can also be put together.

Additional wedding signs and add-ons can be added subject to availability.
