At GraviCraft, every seating chart is individually designed with your names, wedding date, table arrangement, and guest list.

You do not need to have all the details finalized at the time of ordering.

Personal coordination before production

Since guest lists and table arrangements may still change before a wedding, we coordinate the design with you before production.

Included:

• digital design preview before production begins

• Personalization with names and wedding date

• custom table arrangement with guest names

• final guest list possible up to 14 days before the wedding

• one free round of revisions

• final approval before production begins

The seating chart is produced only after your approval.

Available sizes

S – 30 × 40 cm

For smaller weddings and compact guest lists.

M – 50 × 70 cm

For medium-sized weddings and more extensive table arrangements.

L – 70 × 100 cm

For larger weddings with many guests and several tables.

The most suitable size depends in particular on the number of names and tables.

5. One round of revisions is included

6. Production begins after your final approval

Notes on the guest list

Please make sure the names are spelled correctly when submitting them.

Changes within the included revision round are possible before production begins. After final approval, changes to a seating chart that has already been produced can no longer be taken into account.
